At Sunday Kind, we understand the importance of getting your items to you in a timely manner. Our shipping prices and services are determined based on the customer's location. During the checkout process, you will be provided with accurate shipping costs and delivery time estimates based on the destination address.

Please note that shipping costs are subject to change based on the shipping carrier's rates and any applicable promotions or discounts.

Delivery for stickers only: Orders/deliveries for stickers only incur a lower delivery fee. Please note, this option is untracked to keep delivery costs low. If you would like to receive tracking, you may select this option at checkout.

Returns Policy:

Hygiene Concerns Regarding Jewellery: Due to hygiene concerns, we regret to inform our customers that we do not accept returns for jewellery. This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand-new, unworn jewellery that meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Return Eligibility: For other non-jewellery items, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Buyers must pay for return shipping.

Return Process: If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer service team at [hello@sundaykindstudio.com] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate your preference during the return authorization process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Lost Packages:

In the rare case of lost packages, we understand the concern and frustration this may cause. However, once the package has left our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or investigation.
