Sterling Silver

Our sterling silver pieces are not water-proof and must be removed before showering or coming into contact with water.

Our plating processes

Electroplated 18k Gold and Platinum

A process where a layer of metal is meticulously applied to enhance the appearance and durability of the piece. This technique not only imparts a lustrous finish but also ensures your piece lasts longer. In our case, 1-2 microns of 18k gold and platinum are applied onto the base metal which is brass.

Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD)

Utilises a vacuum coating process to deposit 1-2 microns of 18k gold onto jewellery surfaces, resulting in durable and lustrous finishes. This technique enhances the jewellery's resistance to wear, sweat, tarnish, and corrosion, making it a popular choice for high-quality and long-lasting accessories. In our case, 1-2 microns of 18k gold are applied onto the base metal which is stainless steel.

Standard Plating

Standard gold and silver plating involve applying a thin layer of gold or silver onto jewellery surfaces, enhancing their appearance with a shiny finish. These plating methods provide an affordable option for achieving the look of solid gold or silver. This plating may tarnish over time if the piece is not cared for or is influenced by factors such as pH levels and skin type.

*Please note that while we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, where plating details are not explicitly mentioned, it should be assumed that our jewellery features standard plating. We recommend reviewing individual product descriptions for specific plating information to ensure clarity regarding the materials used in our pieces.
